Shipping policy
At Garden & Gather, every order is packed and shipped with care. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including a tracking number.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing team@gardenandgatherco.com with your order number and the subject line "CANCEL [order #]".
After this 1-hour window, your order enters our fulfillment process and can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded prior to shipping. No exceptions.
Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time after processing:
- United States: 8–12 business days
- International: 8–12 business days
Please note: delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs clearance, and peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday, etc.) may extend delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping on all orders over $60 USD.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at team@gardenandgatherco.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are determined by your local customs office.
Delays & Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window:
- Check your tracking link for the latest update.
- Check with neighbors or your local post office (packages are sometimes held there).
- Contact us at team@gardenandgatherco.com — we'll investigate immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and find a solution.
For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
We do not offer reshipments for orders returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer. In such cases, the order will be considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
